Returns Policy
- 15-Day Return Window: We offer a hassle-free 15-day return policy. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging. Please ensure you include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
- Refund Processing: REEV reserves the right to inspect returned items before processing refunds to ensure they meet return criteria.
- Missing Items in Returns: If you claim to return multiple products but some are missing when picked up, we may deduct the full MRP of any missing product from your refund.
Refund & Replacement Policy
- Refunds:Once you initiate a return and the product is received back at our warehouse, your refund will be processed as per your selected option. Please allow some time for the refund to reflect in your bank account or REEV WALLET, depending on the method you’ve chosen.1.Refund to Bank Account:You may choose to receive your refund directly to your bank account. However, in this case, the total transportation cost — including both the delivery and return shipping charges — will be deducted from your refund amount.Even if your order was shipped with free delivery, the delivery fee (borne by the company initially) and return charges will still be deducted at the time of refund. The remaining balance will then be transferred to your bank account.2.Refund to REEV WALLET:If you opt to receive your refund in your REEV WALLET, you will receive a 100% refund of your order amount, with no deductions for shipping or return charges.This is a great way to retain the full value of your purchase, and you can conveniently use your REEV WALLET balance to place future orders on our website.
- Replacement & Exchange: If you prefer, you can request a replacement or exchange for your order under the same conditions as returns. Keep in mind that replacements will be shipped only after the initial return has been picked up or delivered.
Return Process
- Initiating a Return: You can start your return request directly on our website. If you need help, our Customer Support team is available to guide you through the process.
- Pickup Availability: Once you’ve booked the return, please be available for the pickup. It’s important to answer calls from the delivery partner to ensure a smooth process. If you miss the pickup, it may be cancelled, and you’ll need to initiate the process again.
- Serviceability of Pin Codes: Most pin codes are eligible for both forward and reverse shipping. However, in rare cases, some pin codes may only allow outgoing shipments. If this happens, we may ask you to return products via an alternate courier service.
- Non-Serviceable Pin Codes: If your pin code is non-serviceable, you will need to return the items to our warehouse at your expense. Shipping cost Upto INR 70 will be refunded to your original source of payment / bank account.

Addressing Missing Products or Empty Parcels
If you receive an empty parcel or discover a missing product, please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery. To assist with your claim, you’ll need to provide a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel. This helps us assess the situation accurately.
Please note that insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering may result in your claim not being honored. In these cases, REEV reserves the right to make the final decision.
