    We collaborate with top logistics companies for our jewelry deliveries. If you would like to receive your order on a particular day and time, we can submit a request to our delivery partners. However, please keep in mind that this service is not guaranteed.

    5. Can I get my order delivered faster or on the same day?

    We understand that quicker delivery is important, but at this time, we do not offer expedited or same-day delivery. We are actively seeking partnerships with leading logistics providers to enable same-day delivery in the future. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

    RETURN, REPLACEMENT & EXCHANGE

    At REEV, we believe shopping should be stress-free! That’s why we offer a 15-day return, refund, exchange, and replacement policy from the moment your order arrives at your doorstep.     2. What is the refund procedure for returned orders?

    Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned product at our warehouse.
    For Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be issued directly to the “REEV WALLET”.

    3. In how many days will my return be picked up?

    Your return will be picked up within up to 3 working days after you place the request. If it hasn’t been picked up by then, you can follow up for assistance.

    4. What happens if I want to return the product after the return window is closed?

    We apologize for any inconvenience, but please note that we are unable to accept returns after 15 days from the date of delivery. If you need to return a product, we recommend doing so within this timeframe to ensure your request can be processed. Thank you for your understanding.

    5. When will I get my refund for returned order?

    Pre-paid Orders: After the reverse pick-up is completed and we receive the product at our warehouse, your refund will be initiated within 48 hours. You will receive a notification via email and SMS. Please allow 7-10 working days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

    CANCELLATION & MODIFICATIONS

    1. What is your Cancellation Policy?

    You can cancel your order through our website as long as it hasn’t been processed. Please note that once your order is processed, we can no longer accept cancellation requests.

    2. I placed the order by mistake, how can I cancel it?

    Visit the REEV website.
    Go to the MY Account section.
    Log in with your registered email address.
    View your active orders and look for the cancellation option next to your order ID (if it hasn’t been processed yet).

    PAYMENT & REFUNDS

    1. What payment methods are accepted at REEV?

    To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we offer a variety of payment options for your convenience. You can easily pay for your order using credit cards, allowing for quick and secure transactions. If you prefer, you can also use debit cards for direct payments straight from your bank account.

    We also accept payments through UPI, enabling quick and secure transactions directly from your mobile device. Furthermore, we cater to a range of other major payment methods to accommodate your preferences.

    2. What should I do if the payment is deducted but I haven’t received the order confirmation?

    After completing your payment, please allow 10-15 minutes to receive your order confirmation via email or text message. If you do not receive any confirmation within 24 hours, we encourage you to reach out to us through call, email, or chat for assistance.

    In cases where your payment has been successfully received, we will manually create your order and initiate the shipping process promptly. However, if the payment has not reached us, the payment gateway will automatically process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

    For prepaid orders, the refund amount will be credited back to your “REEV WALLET” within 7 to 10 days following the initiation of the refund process.

    Our silver jewellery is crafted from 925 silver, the purest form of jewellery-grade silver used globally. Each piece features a 925 stamp, ensuring that you receive a high-quality product you can trust.

    We understand that sizing is a major concern when it comes to jewellery, so we’ve made it easy for you:
    Adjustable Rings and Toe Rings: Most of our rings and toe rings are designed to be adjustable for a comfortable fit.
    Chain-Type Bracelets: All chain-type bracelets come with extenders, allowing you to customize the length to your preference.
    Hard Bracelets: Our hard bracelets are either adjustable or available in standard sizes to suit different wrist sizes.
